Beads sorter printing tutorial

Cylinder.stl, MotorMount.stl and SensorCover.stl  are static parts of the input. At least cylinder has to be black. The best would be matte black. Something like this https://www.prusa3d.com/product/prusament-petg-matte-black-1kg-nfc/ . Both parts need supports, you can let slicer generate supports everywhere, but it would be great to block support on IR LED cable channel. Removing the support form this place is really hard. See image.
You can use the same material for rotating parts of the input TopCircle.stl and BottomCircle.stl .

These three parts, Bottom.stl, BottomServo.stl, Top.stl,  are main path of sorting. They are basically tubes. You need supports under and inside servo mounts even though it is 45 degrees and could stand without support, but the quality is much better. Top.stl is more tricky. I'v painted supports on the output tubes and also in the middle of both "legs" .
Material may be anything, PETG is a bit better.

For the Flap1.stl and Flap2.stl use some stronger material, PETG or ABS.  Do not use PLA, it will break soon. You need one Flap1.stl and 7 Flap2.stl. No supports needed.

Small parts may be printed from different filaments. You need 15 FlapLock.stl, eight RodLock.stl and one of each rod Rod1a.stl, Rod1b.stl , Rod2.stl, Rod3.stl, Rod4.stl. You must use supports for Rod1b.stl, supports for other rods are optional.

For the out you can choose either 4x BaseHorizontal.stl or 2xBaseVertical.stl . Vertical version is better if you want to place it in front of wall so all the outputs on one side. Material may be anything nice. You have to use some supports. All base parts are connect with small connectors, 2x BaseConnectorTop.stl  and 1x BaseConnectorBottom.stl .

Then there are two versions of the trays. For vertical base you definitely have to use at least for bottom row TrayWithHandle.stl otherwise 16x Tray.stl is ok.  printed it from transparent PETG so I can see the color through it.
